At Heirloom Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on equipment and non-perishable goods within 30 days of delivery.
Contact Our Team
Email our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or your reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the box before shipping it back to our roastery.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
