How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee beans?

We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Each bag is fitted with a one-way degassing valve to preserve peak flavor and aroma during transit.

What is the shelf life of Heirloom Coffee?

For the best flavor profile, we recommend consuming our coffee within 4 to 6 weeks of the roast date printed on the bag. Store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans that allow you to save 15% on every order. You can choose your preferred frequency and swap, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.
